- Your answers about your hair type, hair concerns, and goals.
- Your email address, if you choose to give it so we can send you your results.
When you contact us:
- Your name, contact details, and the content of your message, whether by our contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
When you subscribe to our newsletter:
- Your email address, and your name and phone number if you provide them.
When you leave a product review:
- Your name, your review text, your rating, and any photo you choose to upload.
3.2 Information we collect automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information:

- The pages you view, the products you look at, and the links you click
- The date and time of your visit, and how long you spend on pages

4. Payments
We offer payment by card through Paystack, by bank transfer, and by payment on delivery.
When you pay by card, your payment is processed by Paystack. Your full card details are entered on Paystack’s secure systems and are not stored on our website or our servers. We receive only confirmation of whether your payment succeeded, along with a reference for the transaction.

If you pay by bank transfer or on delivery, we collect the information necessary to confirm and fulfil your order.

- Payment processors (Paystack/Flutterwave), to take payment.
- Delivery and logistics partners, to deliver your order. They receive your name, address, and phone number.
- Our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its data on our behalf.
- Email and marketing service providers, to send our newsletter, where you have opted in.
- Analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta), as described in section 7.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell your personal data.
Where our service providers are located outside Nigeria, your data may be transferred abroad. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected to the standard required by Nigerian law.
10. Reviews and Public Content
If you submit a product review or a testimonial, your name, your rating, your review text, and any photo you upload may be published publicly on our website. Please do not include personal information in a review that you do not wish to be public. You may ask us to remove your review at any time.
11. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Order and transaction records: kept for as long as required by Nigerian tax and company law.
- Account information: kept while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data, except records we must keep by law.
- Salon booking and consultation records: kept for as long as needed to serve you, and then deleted on request.
- Marketing contacts: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Website usage data: kept for a limited period in line with our analytics settings.
12. How We Protect Your Data
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including a secure (HTTPS) connection, restricted access to our systems, and the use of a payment processor so that card details never reach our servers.

14. Children
Our website is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
We do sell hair care products formulated for children. These are bought by parents and guardians, and any information about a child, such as hair type or hair concerns, is provided by the adult making the purchase. We use that information only to fulfil the order or recommend suitable products. If you believe a child has given us personal data directly, contact us and we will delete it.

16. WhatsApp
We offer ordering, enquiries, and salon booking through WhatsApp. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the messages you send. We use this to respond to you and to process your order or booking. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will tell you clearly on the website.
