  • Shipping

    We ship nationwide across Nigeria. Ibadan and Lagos orders typically arrive in 1 to 3 working days. Other states arrive in 3 to 7 working days. International shipping is available on request, please contact us on WhatsApp.

  • Delivery cost

    Calculated at checkout based on your location. Free delivery on orders above ₦40,000 to buyers in Ibadan, and a discounted rate to buyers across Nigeria Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day. Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation. If it has not arrived within the expected window, message us on WhatsApp and we will track it down for you.

  • Returns

    Sealed and unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange,provided all terms and conditions are met. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened products unless there is a defect. If your product is faulty, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will make it right. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

  • Payment

    We accept cards and bank transfers at checkout. WhatsApp orders can be paid via secure transfer.
